Indian Curry

2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
2 t. curry powder
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 t. garlic salt
salt and pepper
rice

Brown hamburger and onion; drain.  Add curry powder, tomato sauce, garlic
salt, salt and pepper to taste.  Heat through.  Cook rice.

To serve, spoon rice on plate, top with meat sauce.  Then top with these
ingredients as desired:
Grated cheddar cheese
Diced tomato
Diced onion
Chopped green bell pepper
Banana
