Ice Cream Pie:
 
-1/4 Cup Corn syrup
-2 TB Brown sugar
-3 TB butter
 
Combine in sauce pan, cook until boils.  Remove from heat.  Stir in :
 
-2 1/2 cups Rice Crispies
 
Place in 9" pie pan building up sides to hold ice cream.
 
-1/4 Cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup fudge sauce
-3 TB corn syrup
 
Mix together over low heat.  Spread 1/2 over crust.  Freeze for 1/2 hour.  Add:
 
-1/2 gallon ice cream, partially thawed.
 
Drizzle remaining sauce over top.  Freeze for 1 - 2 hours.
