Put in steak cut into several pieces (not bite-size). Chopped onion, green
and red peppers, jalapeno (optional). Season with garlic, 1-2 tsp. each
chili powder and cumin, salt, 1/4 tsp. red pepper (optional). Add drained
chopped or diced tomatoes (if your family likes). Cook on low for 8 hours
or high for 5 hours.
