Crockpot brown rice
----------------------------
5 C. water
2 C. brown rice
2-3 tsp. salt (opt.)

Place in crock. Stir, cover & cook on high for 3 hours without removing lid.
Note: because crock-pots are different, you may have to adjust cooking time
to suit yours. When in doubt, cook on low for a few additional hours. I
have done it all night and then all morning till we eat after church - on
low. Experiment before you have company.
